On this page Norwegian Customs will make available documentation with regards to development of software for NCTS, as well as outbound pre-notification (EXIT).
DDNTA
DDNTA is EUs design document for NCTS (Design Document for National Transit Application). In the main document and its appendices you will find all specifications that EU share with the countries that are affiliated with the Convention on Common Transit.
Please note: Local adaptations are not included in the DDNTA. Norwegian examples of local adaptations are the data element “next procedure” in the CC007C message, as well as allowing traders to send cancellation requests electronically (CC014C) after release for transit (CC029C), but not after notification of crossing frontier or arrival notification.
