Different proofs of origin

Movement Certificate EUR. 1 can be used for

• preferential trade with the contracting parties to the Regional Convention on Pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of Origin (PEM-Convention);
• preferential trade with other free trade partners, except for Canada, Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, the Philippines, Great Britain and South Korea.

Movement Certificate EUR-MED can be used for

• preferential trade with the contracting parties to the PEM-Convention (will be phased out as from January 1, 2026)

Origin declaration can be used for

• preferential trade with all free trade partners, except for the GCC countries (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates).

EUR-MED origin declaration can be used for

• preferential trade with the contracting parties to the PEM-Convention.

Supplier's declaration

• Basic document used between supplier and exporter.
